Manager Zoë Bates and her dedicated team of carers provide the everyday care and assistance for our residents.

Our senior care team members are either NVQ qualified or working towards their NVQ (Care) level 2 and 3 qualifications. A number of the team have been at Valerie Manor for several years now, providing the experience and expertise to new members joining the care team.

Zoë, a trained nurse, lives on site and is on call 24 hours a day.
